Liquid Treatments
A liquid treatment targets the precise areas where termite activity is most pronounced. Applied strategically to key entry points like concrete cracks and around plumbing pipes, these treatments form a protective barrier.
Additionally, liquid treatments are often administered below ground, approximately 18 to 24 inches deep, encircling the perimeter of your home. This proactive approach establishes a formidable defense, fortifying your property against potential termite threats in the future.
Monitoring and Baiting
Our Termite Monitoring and Baiting program requires that monitoring stations be placed in the ground around your home in order to detect and eradicate termite activity. The process follows these steps:
- Our trained service technician will place stations in strategic locations around your home. These stations contain monitoring devices for termites to locate and begin feeding on.
- Your service professional will monitor the stations regularly. If a monitoring device shows any signs of termite activity, the technician will place termite bait in the station in place of the monitoring device.
- Termites begin to feed on the bait and take it back to their colony. In a short time, the entire colony is successfully controlled or completely eliminated.
- After termite activity has been eliminated, your service technician will replace the bait with monitoring device, followed by regular inspections.
